How does your food make you feel?
Do you feel energized, fueled, satisfied and just really good? Or do you feel, full, lethargic and just want to take a nap? Food is supposed to make you feel good and fuel your body so that you can take on what the day has to offer in a energized, alert and positive way. If this is not currently happening for you, you may want to ask yourself this question after you eat. If your answer is not, I feel AWESOME! Then you may want to start experimenting with some different types of foods. I will be posting things here under the “eats and drinks” category that make me feel good after I eat them.
Give it a try! Next time you eat, ask yourself – how did that meal make me feel? Am I energized? Am I alert? Do I feel Awesome?
