This is a crazy time in the food industry. Our society is generally not in a healthy state. There is a ton of information out there on what is healthy for us and what is not. The problem is no one has come up with the answer. Is this the answer? I do not know. But I do know that food is the key! It changed my life and I do have a feeling we are getting very close to understanding the real cause of our problems and this may very well be a part of it.
