What you will learn: You will learn about the hormone that tells us to stop eating and to spontaneously want to exercise to maintain our body composition and why it has stopped working in the last 30 years. You will also learn about the hormone that triggers fat! Watch this one carefully. It will tell you exactly why (at a hormonal level) restricting calories will not work. Most importantly, that weight gain is a biochemical reaction created by the ‘type of calories” we consume that forces us to gain weight (we have no choice).

You will learn that potential calibration for obesity is determined by the insulin levels in the baby before it is born. A baby’s insulin levels are determined by the mother’s health/diet even before conception. What this means is we need to focus on the young people before they start determining the next generation’s issues. The kids of today will determine the health of our future. Based on the health of our kids today, it does not leave a warm and fuzzy outlook. Right now, we are seeing for the first time in the history of the world, life span is going down.

What you will learn: Stress plays an important role in our body composition. Find out what happens to body fat by just reducing stress levels.
The Skinny on Obesity Part 7
What you will learn: You will learn why all this matters to you, even if you are not overweight. It is money coming out of your pocket and it is the security of our country at risk. Public health care officials consider regulation when four criteria are met, find out what they are and if over-consumption of sugar meets those criteria.
This is important information that needs to be viewed by every parent in America. The parents of America need to be educated on this problem now. Our kids cannot wait for policy to be implemented — it will be too late for them!
