I want to thank you and acknowledge you for the things I’ve learned & have been successfully applying to my lifestyle. I feel like you’ve done tons of research & info sharing on my behalf (me & lots of others) — and it is working in many ways. First of all, I have increased awareness of the way my body communicates with me. I may have mentioned this before, I always felt good about how my body would stop me when I was overdoing something, etc. But in recent years, the signals have changed & I seemed to just lose that connection. Just by applying the things I learned in our talks and from following your blogs, articles, & links, I’m more in touch with my body than I think I ever have been. My cravings are changing & I’m enjoying healthier eating habits. It’s hard to explain all the changes I’m experiencing, but they are real & they are lasting changes.

After two babies in four years I was ready to get back into shape. That meant a serious look at both my exercise and nutrition. I thought it was going to be difficult to change my eating habits but TK made it so easy. He was a gentle coach, making slight tweaks here and there that made sense to my individual lifestyle and preferences. After 8 weeks I lost 4.5% body fat and gained 4.5% lean muscle. I have also lost all cravings, even for chocolate! Coming out of week nine, I’m down another 2.5lbs. I’m convinced this wouldn’t have been possible with exercise alone. Thank you TK! -Kara
I have been on and off of several different popular diets for most of my adult life. Some of them worked out for awhile, but I never achieved my weight loss goals or managed to even get down to a healthy weight and stay there. Since I started meeting with TK a few months ago, I’ve lost 15 pounds. The best part is that I’ve gained lean muscle and feel so much better than I did. There’s nothing complicated about TK’s advice.
